Diving & Snorkeling

Diving & Snorkeling

Diving and Snorkeling at Caño Island, a biological reserve with great visibility and abundance of marine life.  With the broadest coral population of the Costa Rican Pacific Coast it has become the number one diving destination in the country. Day trips available!

Local Diving and Snorkeling at Marino Ballena National Park.  Many Humpback Whales are born in these shallow waters.

From December to March, these whales can be spotted coming from the north, and from July to October, humpback whales visit us from the southern hemisphere, on one of the planet’s longest migrations made by a mammal.  We have humpback sightings for 8 months of the year.

Other common  local marine animals: Bryde Whale, Bottlenose Dolpin, Spotted Dolphin, Olive Ridley Sea Turtle, Hawksbill Sea Turtle, Manta Ray, Mobula Rays ( Devil Ray), White tip reef Sharks and much more.

PADI instructors and courses available.  Come get certified and learn to dive with us in Costa Rica.
